For our Finance Centre Of Excellence (CoE) team in Cork, Ireland we are looking for a:
Finance Graduate (42 month Fixed Term Contract) (Portuguese speaking)
This is an entry level opportunity for an individual to join our RC&A (Risk, Controls & Audit) team and learn about the Internal Controls function of our organisation. The ideal candidate will have an interest in learning the internal controls function from its’ core by performing transactional testing.

YOUR QUALIFICATION
- Bachelor`s or BS degree in degree in finance, accounting or equivalent
- Desire to learn and develop a career in finance and plan to obtain ACA certification with the Institute of Chartered Accountants Ireland (FMC is recognized training partner of Chartered Accountants Ireland)
- Portuguese and English language skills
- Strong problem solver; willing to challenge status-quo; comfortable with change
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- An ambitious personality with the motivation to succeed in a dynamic environment
Responsibilities:
- Perform transactional internal control testing to support the evaluation of controls environment
- Work closely with the Internal Controls Managers on ensuring that adequate documentation exists to support the work performed
- Maintain a good level of communication regarding internal controls testing progress and results
- Using the internal control framework, support the continuous improvement of documentation requests and testing design
- Establish a strong business relationship with the various business teams
- Assist Risk Controls and Audit Group with ad-hoc requests or special projects
- Travel globally to perform walkthroughs at FMC sites
