We are seeking an Accounting/Finance graduate looking to grow their skill set and develop their career in a supportive environment. The role will have full responsibility for the invoicing and accounts receivable function as well as an opportunity to work in other areas of the finance team. This is a broad role where you will become an invaluable member of the finance team.

• Be responsible for invoicing customers from start to finish – raising order forms to customers, preparing invoices, sending statements, settling invoices, and updating the CRM.
• Be responsible for the reconciliation of usage on the platform and preparation of invoices when needed for additional usage.
• Assist in the preparation of internal management information and management reporting.
• Assist in the data quality of the CRM system.
• Assist in any internal projects to streamline and digitalise the finance department.
• Assist in reporting to regulators and internal audits
• Resolve queries both internally and externally
• Review existing procedures and suggestions for improvements where required
