Job Description

We are seeking a motivated Finance Intern to assist in the Finance Department. This is a 100% on site role based out of Mississauga, ON for a one year contract with possibility of extension. You will have the opportunity to be involved in meaningful work in the following areas:

  • Internal Audits conducted monthly, quarterly, and biannually
  • Indirect Purchasing & Analysis as needed
  • Capital expenditure PO creation and processing
  • Customer Contract Tracking and credit process
  • Administrative Reporting
  • GL Reconciliation & Analysis
  • Customer Credit Process against warranty
  • Accounts Receivable Analysis
  • Invoice Claim & Dispute Analysis
  • Adhoc Analysis
  • Support the department in all other areas as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Must be a recent graduate of a full-time 2024 Diploma/Degree program in Finance or Accounting or related Business discipline
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
  • Strong written communication skills
  • Detail oriented with the ability for meet deadlines
  • Positive attitude and strong interest in learning
  • Excellent problem solving skills
