Description:

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Current undergraduate student in the areas of Accounting or Finance.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact comfortably at all levels of the organization.
  • Speaking English and Polish fluently. Czech language would be an advantage.
  • Excellent technical skills including a strong command of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work in fast-paced, deadline-oriented, dynamic and changing environment.
  • High level of efficiency, accuracy, and responsibility.
  • Motivation and a strong desire to take on new challenges and learn as much as possible.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Learns how to work as a Finance team member to support internal customers through compiling, analyzing, and tracking data.
  • Works on specific functional area objectives or projects that may require research, working in teams, developing presentations.
  • Assists with filing, data entry, recording and maintaining accurate and complete financial records.
  • Conducts her/himself as a regular full-time member of the staff.
  • Compiles and analyzes financial information through preparation of reports or journal entries.
  • Supports the audit of our financial statements by our external or internal auditors.
  • Works closely with Global Business Services (GBS) finance shared service center.
  • Takes additional tasks or projects to learn more about finance and company’s operations.
  • Takes an active interest in seeking opportunities for continuous improvement and standardizing processes.
