Responsibilities:
THE ROLE
Reporting to the Senior Manager of Finance Operations, you will have an important role in the financial operations of the business. Working with the finance team to achieve the department and team goals ensures efficient, timely, and accurate information.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Managing the team drives results in a fast-paced environment
- Ensure the review of appropriate documentation and approval prior to payment based on the control file
- Maintains accurate financial and control records
- Supervise a team in an organization characterized by highly transactional processes
- Ensure that Partners accounts are reconciled to the accuracy of the data
- Guarantee that all the deadlines are met regarding the accounting monthly closing
- Ensure compliance with internal financial and accounting procedures
- Alignment and orientation to KPIs results
