Responsibilities:
Ensure that the company meets all its financial regulatory requirements.
Control and oversight of the Finance function: reconciliation jobs, oversight of local operational tasks for LUX and its branches, KPIs and KRIs monitoring.
Preparation of CSSF periodical reporting and management financial reporting for the entity.
Budget monitoring, cashflows forecasting.
Respect of internal procedures, policies, and regulatory requirements
Spend management control: control payment Tax, VAT, payroll tax and social security.
Liaise with internal and external audit teams.
Coordinate with outsourced payroll service providers.
Work closely with the Luxembourg CEO on different projects
