Finance Manager/Senior Accountant
We are representing a global technology firm in search for a Finance Manager to join their team

JOB DESCRIPTIONS:

• Handle full sets of accounts including Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), and General Ledger (GL).
• Maintain and reconcile balance sheet schedules (cash flow analysis) on a monthly basis.
• Monitor and ensure timely and accurate month-end closing procedures.
• Develop and implement processes, controls, transaction flows to mitigate risks for the group.
• Manage tax compliance matters, including GST filing, filing withholding tax payments and tax planning for efficiency.
• Prepare management reports for planning, budgeting and forecasting.
• Coordinate audit schedule, address auditor queries, and prepare financial statements and accompanying schedules.
• Undertake ad hoc projects and tasks as required by management.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy, ACCA, or equivalent
• Minimum 6 years of hands-on finance and accounts experience
• Experience with ERP and online accounting software eg. Xero, QuickBooks, Netsuite or Zohobooks is preferred
• Prior experience in tech would be preffered
