SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
- Previous Dealership Experience: You bring a background in automotive sales and have developed strong customer relationships. You know how to work in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment and understand the dealership sales cycle.
- Finance Knowledge: A solid understanding of finance products (e.g., loans, leasing, extended warranties) is a plus, but we’re willing to train someone with the drive to learn. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are a must.
- Sales-Driven: You’re motivated by meeting targets and helping customers realize their dreams of owning a Porsche. Your background in sales means you know how to close deals and have a customer-first approach.
- Excellent Communication: You’re a natural communicator who can explain complex financial options in an easy-to-understand way, building trust and rapport with customers.

Responsibilities:
- Finance & Lease Consultation: Collaborate with customers to understand their financing needs and provide tailored financing options, including leasing, loans, and extended warranties. Offer transparent, knowledgeable guidance on all financial products available.
- Seamless Transactions: Manage the finance process from start to finish—ensuring all paperwork is completed accurately, financing is approved, and customers walk away with a smooth, hassle-free experience.
- Work with Lenders: Build strong relationships with financial institutions to secure competitive financing options for our customers. Ensure all regulatory requirements are met, and facilitate timely approvals.
- Support Sales Team: Work closely with our sales team to provide financial solutions that help close deals and ensure customer satisfaction. Support the Sales Manager with necessary administrative tasks, tracking sales and finance metrics, and preparing sales reports.
- Customer Education: Explain complex financial terms in an easily digestible way, helping customers fully understand their options. Deliver an exceptional customer experience from the first conversation to finalizing the sale.
- Business Development: Take an active role in driving sales, assisting the Sales Manager in creating strategies that increase financial product sales and improve overall dealership profitability.
- Lead & Train: As you grow in the role, you’ll assist in mentoring newer team members, sharing your knowledge of finance products, and training others in dealership processes and best practices.
