THE ROLE

We are looking for a forward-thinking Finance Manager to join our established finance function for an initial 6 month fixed-term contract. Working closely with, and reporting to, the Head of Finance, the Finance Manager will play an important role in both the core operations of the function as well as supporting in streamlining the corporate structure of the group.
This is an exciting opportunity to enhance the team’s ability to provide accurate information to assess business health and to aid planning short and long-term goals.
All our roles are remote working style from one of our entity locations in the UK, Spain, Portugal or Malta.

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Oversee the submission and review of statutory accounts for several entries
• Develop external relationships with appropriate contacts, e.g. auditors and legal support
• Support in the preparation and processing of year end journals
• Manage the liquidation of two/three entities
• Complete reconciliation and reporting of capital work, including assets
• Evaluate current tax structure and oversee re-organisation to maximise efficiency
• Support in the ongoing transformation of our accounting function
• Assist in the implementation of finance automatisation tools
