The Finance Manager will oversee all financial aspects of the company, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and maintaining financial health. The role requires expertise in financial planning, analysis, and reporting, with a focus on the unique needs of a CFD trading business, including the management of margin trading, leverage, and liquidity.

KEY QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (Master’s degree or professional qualifications like CPA, CFA, or ACCA preferred).
• 5+ years of experience in a senior finance role, ideally within a CFD or financial trading company.
• Strong understanding of financial markets, especially margin trading, leverage, and CFD products.
• Comprehensive knowledge of financial regulations and reporting requirements.
• Experience with financial forecasting, budgeting, and risk management.
• Proficiency in financial software and systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks) and advanced Excel skills.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
