SO, WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

We are seeking a qualified CIMA or ACCA proactive, finance professional who can lead our financial reporting in line with group policies and oversee the day-to-day management of accounts payable and receivable. You will work closely with Directors to align financial insights with the broader business objectives, ensuring that all financial strategies are data-driven and actionable.
You will be experienced in preparing detailed variance analyses, managing cash flow reports, budgets, and forecasts, and contributing to monthly business review meetings with a focus on financial data and future strategy. The ideal candidate will be skilled in negotiation, particularly with suppliers, and experienced in process improvement initiatives that enhance efficiency and cost savings.
A proven ability to manage and develop staff is essential, along with a hands-on approach to setting deliverables and conducting 1-2-1 reviews. Strong financial modelling, analysis, and budget management expertise are also key, as is exceptional time management and attention to detail.
