FINANCE MANAGER NEEDED AT CLARE DODGE
Clare Dodge is looking for an ambitious Finance Manager who is a relationship builder, self-starter, and up for the challenge of achieving new levels of customer service!

As a Finance Manager at Clare Dodge, you will be crucial in advising customers about buying and leasing options within their budget. Your expertise in arranging financing options and promoting aftermarket products like warranties and insurance will be instrumental in our sales team’s success. You will not just uphold dealership standards and values but also foster positive relationships with personnel in all areas of the dealership. QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Experience in sales and financing in an automotive dealership
- 2+ years of automotive sales experience (experience at a Chrysler dealership is a bonus)
- Excellent client service and relationship-building skills
- Hold a valid driver’s license
Responsibilities:
- Be passionate about building an ongoing relationship with the customer to create brand loyalty and the highest level of customer satisfaction
- Process leasing and financing deals in a prompt and professional manner
- Positively communicate with all customers and potential customers
- Advise customers on insurance, warranty, and vehicle care options available to them
- Ensuring any documentation is completed in an accurate and timely fashion
