Location: Toronto, ON – Hybrid

• Pay Range: $90,000 - $105,000 CAD annually

POSITION SUMMARY:

Company 3 performs post-production services for features, commercials and TV shows. Such services include dailies, color correction, editing and special effects. This position will be hybrid, based out of the Toronto office.
The role is working within the Company 3 VFX portfolio, reporting to the Sr. Manager of FP&A, based in Toronto. The primary focus of the role is to be strategic partners to the business, providing strategic financial analysis and insight to help support decision making.

The Finance Manager will assist with leading the budgeting and forecasting processes, working closely with the business to analyze the budget/forecasts and help deliver the business strategy. They will provide support to senior leadership in strategic decision making by providing timely financial analysis and insight. This may include analysis of revenue, pipeline visibility, costs and project profitability. Additional duties include:

• Work with the business to forecast.
• Continuously seek to improve processes and improve team efficiency and effectiveness.
• Continuously seek to improve margin in the form of both revenue growth and cost control.
• Assist with Finance system implementations and upgrades.
