We are now seeking an experienced and motivated Finance Manager to join our dynamic finance team and drive our financial strategy forward. The Role: - As Finance Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing the company’s financial health and ensuring the integrity of financial information. Reporting directly to the Finance Director, you will lead a team of 6 finance professionals, overseeing key functions such as budgeting, financial reporting, forecasting, and compliance. This role will require strong leadership skills, strategic insight, and a deep understanding of finance within the consulting or construction industry. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and mentor a team of 6 finance professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement. - Oversee the preparation of financial statements, management accounts, and other reports, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. - Develop and manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes to support business goals and inform strategic decisions. - Monitor financial performance, analyze variances, and provide actionable insights to support operational efficiency. - Ensure compliance with financial regulations, standards, and best practices, including audit requirements. - Collaborate with the Finance Director and senior management to align financial strategies with business objectives. - Implement and optimize financial controls, policies, and procedures to enhance overall financial governance. - Support ad-hoc financial projects, including risk management, cost analysis, and revenue optimization initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; a master’s degree or professional certification (e.g., CPA, CFA, ACCA) is highly preferred. - Minimum 12-15 years of experience in finance, with at least 4-5 years in a leadership role. - Strong understanding of financial management within consulting, construction, or project management sectors. - Proven experience in managing budgets, financial forecasting, and variance analysis. - Proficiency in financial software and advanced Excel skills; experience with ERP systems is an advantage. - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a strategic mindset. - Strong communication and leadership abilities, capable of guiding and developing a team. - Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at all levels.
