We have an exciting opportunity for a full-time Finance Manager, Credit, Risk and AR to join our Finance team in Langley, BC.
Reporting to the Director of Treasury Services, you will be responsible for overseeing credit risk management and accounts receivable processes. This role involves collaboration with internal and external stakeholders and requires leading and managing a team to ensure effective credit and collection operations.

You will be responsible for:

  • Analyzing and approving credit lines and payment terms for new customers; regularly reviewing and adjusting them as needed.
  • Evaluating and processing credit applications and providing insights to the Director of Treasury Services.
  • Managing complex credit situations and acting as the subject matter expert on credit risk mitigation using the latest tools and technologies.
  • Establishing procedures to ensure the safekeeping of assets, records, and loan collateral.
  • Leading proactive efforts to collect past-due amounts while maintaining strong communication with customers and internal teams.
  • Consolidating and reviewing aged AR listings across all entities and banners and providing weekly updates to the Director on collection efforts.

You have:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in business credit and personnel management within a large organization.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • CCP certification (an asset).
