CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS:

• Experience in a similar role within ecommerce, beauty tech or retail.
• CIMA or ACCA qualified.
• Previous experience supporting and assisting an audit process.
• Experience of managing a team and ability to motivate and leader a team.
• Detailed focused.
• Risk management.
• Ability to communicate across all levels via written & verbal.

• Assist in providing accurate and timely management reporting to assist to business stakeholders.
• Prepare statutory and group management accounts.
• Lead, manage and develop a small finance team.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
• Prepare and analyse monthly financial statements.
• Review accounting/business processes and practices and improve where necessary to ensure efficient financial operations
