JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Finance Manager to join our team in Riyadh, KSA. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all financial operations, ensuring the integrity of financial reporting, managing the budgeting process, and providing insights to support decision-making. This role is key to driving financial efficiency and ensuring the company’s long-term growth and stability.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (MBA or CPA preferred).
• Minimum of 5-7 years of relevant experience, preferably in a managerial role.
• In-depth knowledge of financial regulations in Saudi Arabia.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
• Proficiency in financial management software and Microsoft Excel.
• Fluent in Arabic

• Lead and manage the finance team, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting.
• Develop, monitor, and implement financial strategies, including budgeting and forecasting.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations, tax laws, and accounting standards.
• Analyze financial performance and provide recommendations for improvements.
• Oversee cash flow management, investment activities, and risk management.
• Prepare financial statements, reports, and analysis for senior management.
• Collaborate with other departments to align financial planning with business objectives.
• Manage relationships with external stakeholders such as auditors, banks, and tax authorities.
