Finance Manager

We are a fast growing Properties and Real Estate leasing company and are seeking a seasoned Finance Manager to lead a dynamic team comprising of a Senior Accountant, Data Analyst, and Junior Accountant. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional leadership, techno functional expertise, and strategic vision to streamline and automate financial processes in a fast growing start up environment driving the company’s growth.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead and Own the finance department end to end with full functional accountability, Mentor the Finance team, fostering collaboration and efficiency.
2. Supervise accurate preparation of financial statements, reporting, and budgeting.
3. Manage real-time cash flow, including client and vendor handling.
4. Develop Airtight finance systems, policies, and Automation repetitive and redundant processes.
5. Ensure compliance with UAE Corporate Tax, VAT regulations, and FTA standards.
Requirements:
1. Awareness of popular Financial Management packages in the market Proficiency in ERP and accounting software.
3. Strong knowledge of financial statements, UAE corporate tax, VAT, and budgeting.
4. Deep routed appetite to Learn new Skills with sharp attention to detail and organizational skills.
5. A problem solver with Ability to work without supervision independently, meet deadlines, and adapt to challenges.
6. Willing to stay and grow with the company for long term with growth-oriented mindset.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

1. Professional certification (CA, ACCA, ICAEW) with 8+ years of relevant experience.
2. Working in a Small - Medium size Leasing and Real Estate company with thorough knowledge of applicable laws and regulations.
   Job Type: Full-time
   Pay: From AED12,000.00 per month
