Job Title: Finance Manager

JOB SUMMARY

The Finance Manager will play a crucial role in managing the financial operations of Florida PACE Centers. This role involves overseeing budgets, forecasts, presentations to stakeholders, monthly revenue accrual entries, and the development of pro-formas for new projects and ventures.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Education

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably Master’s in finance or business administration

Experience

• Minimum 3 years in Health Care preferably PACE or Managed Care organization. Complete understanding of risk-based contract.

Licenses/Certifications

• N/A

ABILITIES REQUIRED

• Advanced user of MS Excel and Word are essential
• Must be able to work independently and have good organizational skills
• Must be fluent in English and Spanish reading, writing, and speaking in a professional manner.
• Essential to have people skills to always maintain highest level of professionalism
