Description:
FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT AND REPORTING:
Oversee all aspects of the company’s accounting functions, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and fixed assets.
Ensure accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial close processes.
Prepare and present financial reports to senior management and the board of directors.
Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to ensure effective internal controls and compliance with GAAP.
Able to Coordinate with external auditors, legal advisors.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum of 5 years in a managerial role.
Strong knowledge of SEC regulations and compliance requirements.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
High level of integrity and ethical standards.
5.5 days work week (Alt Sat after confirmation
