Description:

Meet with budget holders on a regular basis to review expenditure and provide professional financial advice and information. Give accurate and timely financial reports to the programme director and workstream leads to inform updates at board level. Reports include financial summary reports, analysis of variances and forecast outturn. Liaise with various providers of services across the ICB to track expenditure, consolidate this and submit monitoring information to internal and external organisations when required.
Offer timely co-production of funding bids/expressions of interest - providing costing input, advice, and challenge to potential funding streams. Support the annual budget setting process for the programme areas; liaise with budget holders to ensure efficient and effective use of financial resources. Coordinate, evaluate and provide recommendations to senior leaders on the submission and evaluation of regional revenue and capital bids. Support with the allocation of funds and report on their progress and outcom
