Limbic Entertainment is seeking an experienced Finance Manager to join our dynamic team in Germany. This role involves overseeing financial operations, ensuring compliance, managing cashflow, and supporting the strategic financial planning of the company. The Finance Manager will report directly to the CEO.
WE WOULD LOVE IT IF YOU HAVE THESE SKILLS:
- 5+ years of experience in finance, preferably within the software industry.
- Proven experience with financial reporting, controlling, banking, and compliance.
- Advanced Excel skills and accuracy in dealing with numeral data
- Experience in managing public grants and financial planning.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Previous experience with DATEV / Unternehmen Online.
- Fluent in English and German

Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage our monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting. (HGB / IFRS)
- Liaise with external partners such as auditors, tax advisors, and banks.
- Prepare financial interim reports on demand for our parent company.
- Oversee controlling functions to ensure accurate budget allocations and budget tracking within our software projects.
- Monitor and manage cashflow and accounts receivable/payable.
- Administer and manage grants and funding opportunities.
- Update and maintain the internal finance plan.
