The Opportunity
The Management Business comprises fee revenue earned from Funds, Property and Development Management activities, as well as the corporate costs (including compensation).
The Finance Manager will be responsible for:
- Business partnering with key stakeholders across the business area to accurately forecast, analyse and report on the consolidated Management Business profit and loss statement
- Manage, analyse and report on Activity (Fund Management, Property Management and Development Management), Fund and Sector Profitability
- Preparation of Management Business presentations
- Other ad hoc value-add analysis and incremental improvement processes
Deliverables of this role will assist in informing business decisions and providing valuable insights to key stakeholders including the CFO and Executive Committee.
About You
The ideal candidate will present an FP&A background and intermediate to advanced excel financial modelling skills that’ll set them up on a pathway to success in this role. With an analytical and innovative mindset, you will bring a results driven attitude with a strategic focus and logical problem solving abilities. Through prior roles, you will demonstrate experience with effectively presenting and interpreting data to key stakeholders and distil insights to support decision making and outcomes. To further succeed in this role, you’ll be showcasing strong stakeholder management and relationship skills and a keen desire to adapt to an everchanging and fast-paced working environment.
