Finance Manager- on site

WHAT WE NEED:

• Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance or Accounting.
• Experience: 8-12 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance, preferably in a high-volume manufacturing environment.
• Skills: Strong technical proficiency in accounting and financial planning, with knowledge of US GAAP.
• Language: Fluent in English.

• Drive Productivity Initiatives: Provide financial insights to support key decisions on resources like labor and capital investments. Evaluate, review, and track major productivity projects to ensure they meet targets. Lead and participate in site-specific projects, even those beyond finance.
• Deliver Financial Performance Insights: Offer crucial insights into financial performance, highlight areas for improvement, identify root causes, and collaborate with management on corrective actions and improvement plans.
• Ensure Financial and Operational Control: Meet financial and operational goals while maintaining robust controls over revenue recognition, inventory management, capital investments, and fixed asset valuation.
• Develop Finance Awareness: Educate key site personnel on the financial impact of their actions to foster a culture of financial awareness.
• Engage in Strategic Meetings: Actively participate in various strategic meetings (T4, MPS, LT, SIOP) to align financial strategies with operational goals.
