Fellowmind is on the lookout for a skilled Finance Manager to spearhead our operations and reporting efforts in Denmark. Your role and responsibilities

As our new Finance Manager, you will oversee the monthly and year-end closing processes, ensuring strict compliance with deadlines and standards. You’ll be the driving force behind coordinating internal and external financial audits, maintaining our commitment to regulatory adherence. Furthermore, you will be part of developing best practices, policies, and procedures for our finance team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement. In a team of 8 colleagues, you will collaborate closely with the Business Controller on budgeting and forecasting initiatives, as well as having a role in supporting our business operations. You will report directly to the local CFO of Fellowmind Denmark and will collaborate extensively with finance colleague across the Fellowmind Group. Furthermore, duties will include:

  • Ensuring accuracy in Intercompany Reporting and Group Reporting
  • Cash management
  • Implementing controls and risk management protocols

Your qualifications

We imagine that you are already experienced in the field of Finance Operations and Reporting and can showcase a strong financial and/or audit background, preferably in professional services. You see yourself as self-driven and disciplined and put an honor in detail and delivering on time. If you have experience as a leader of a team or aspire of such, we see it as advantageous. Finally, we expect fluency in Danish and English. Furthermore, we hope that you can recognize yourself in the below:

  • In-depth knowledge of IFRS, particularly standards 15 and 16
  • Understanding of professional services and software sales industries
  • Proficiency in Excel, Dynamics F&O Finance, Power BI, and consolidation tools
