Description:

EXPERIENCE / QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:

  • ACA / CIMA / ACCA Qualified Accountant
  • A logical thinker and problem solver
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Embraces and drives change.
  • Organised and able to manage workload / deadlines.
  • Good communicator both inside and outside of Finance
  • Experience in a multi-entity organisation desirable.

Responsibilities:

  • Monthly preparation of P&L, balance sheet and cash flow
  • Communicating P&L results vs budget and forecast
  • Support with the annual budgeting process.
  • Monthly balance sheet reviews and supporting schedules.
  • Management and development of small team of trainee accountants
  • Interaction with key business stakeholders
  • Ongoing review and improvement of controls, processes, ensuring the statements are accurate, adhere to accounting standards and group policy.
  • Support on revenue assurance projects to minimise leakage.
  • Ad hoc analysis on business performance
  • Support our central teams as required – Group, Tax, Compliance
