We are looking to hire a Finance Manager in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. This role offers a long-term contract employment opportunity within our team. As a Finance Manager, you will be involved in a range of tasks, including managing insurance placements, treasury accounting, stock vesting calculations, and foreign currency risk management hedging.

• Oversee the insurance placement process, ensuring renewals are completed within set timelines.
• Handle insurance accounting procedures, including accurate and timely processing of payments and reconciliations.
• Assist in various month-end accounting, reporting and compliance activities.
• Prepare, report, and analyze stock program vesting schedules.
• Consolidate, review and analyze data for foreign currency hedging processes.
• Manage insurance claims reporting and resolution.
• Support ad hoc analysis and projects as required.
• Ensure accurate and timely processing of customer credit applications.
• Maintain accurate customer credit records.
• Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action.
• Must possess a minimum of five years of experience in a related field or role.
• Comprehensive knowledge of Corporate Treasury is required.
• Proficiency in Casualty Insurance is essential.
• Strong skills in Analysis and Ad Hoc Analysis are necessary.
• Must be adept at handling and interpreting Analytical datasets.
• Possession of strong Analytical Skills.
• Proficiency in Analytics is mandatory.
• Must have working knowledge of Oracle.
• Experience with Fx Hedging is required.
• Project Management skills are essential.
• Must have experience with Month End Close procedures.
• Proficiency in Account Reconciliation is necessary.
• Knowledge of Balance Sheet Account Reconciliation is essential.
• Experience with Employee Stock Purchase Plan is a plus.
• Familiarity with Restricted Stock management is preferred.
