We are looking to bring on board a Finance Manager in San Francisco, California. The role involves strategic financial planning, budgeting and forecasting. The Finance Manager will be part of a team that values the application of strong Excel skills and familiarity with mid-market ERP such as NetSuite, Adaptive Insights, and Tableau. This role offers a long-term contract employment opportunity.

• Assist in year-end budgeting and forecasting activities to ensure financial efficiency.
• Utilize strong Excel skills to perform complex financial analyses and reporting.
• Leverage experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP& A) to guide financial decisions.
• Operate mid-market ERP systems, such as NetSuite, for efficient financial management and planning.
• Use Adaptive Insights for business planning and financial modeling tasks.
• Implement Tableau for data visualization and business intelligence.
• Handle various FP& A workloads depending on the professional’s background and expertise.
• Ensure accurate and timely financial reports and forecasts to allow the team to make well-informed decisions.
• Collaborate with the team to set financial goals and develop plans for achieving them.
• Monitor financial details to ensure legal compliance.
• Possess a minimum of 7 years of experience in a finance-related field
• Proficiency in using financial software such as NetSuite and Adaptive Insights
• Strong skills in data visualization and reporting tools like Tableau
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Demonstrated experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP& A)
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• Strong analytical, strategic planning, and problem-solving skills
• Proven leadership skills and ability to oversee a team
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive financial information
• Strong understanding of financial regulations and legislation
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in work.
