We are in the search for a skilled Finance Manager to join our team in the event venue industry based in Branson, Missouri. As a Finance Manager, you will be tasked with overseeing financial transactions, improving financial processes, and making strategic financial decisions that will benefit our company. This position offers a long term contract employment opportunity.

• Oversee and manage the general accounting functions, including, but not limited to: accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and taxes
• Handle matters pertaining to financial planning, budgeting, cash flow, investment priorities, and policy matters.
• Ensure the streamlined operation of the Accounting and Finance departments by coordinating activities and communicating with department heads
• Manage company’s financial accounting system, including the review and analysis of trends in revenues, expenses, capital expenditures and other related areas
• Develop useful and insightful information from ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning and other financial systems
• Implement and monitor the use of Accounting Software Systems, ADP - Financial Services, BlackLine, and Concur for efficient financial management
• Develop strategies to maximize ROI and meet the company’s financial objectives
• Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
• Oversee the preparation and communication of weekly, monthly and annual financial statements
• Manage the quality control over financial transactions and financial reporting.
• Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems is necessary for this role.
• Understanding of ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning is required.
• Ability to handle all Accounting Functions is essential.
• Experience in managing Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) is crucial.
• Auditing skills are a must for this role.
• Proficiency in Billing Functions is necessary.
