We’re looking to hire a manager to be a part of our Cable Margin team in the role of Finance Manager, Content Negotiation and Planning reporting to the Sr. Manager. This dynamic position is ideal for high potential candidates who are seeking financial planning experience in a fast-paced and changing environment. The portfolio of responsibilities is extensive and requires a well-rounded, versatile candidate capable of excelling in all areas, including planning, reporting, business support and process improvement.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain a consolidated Cost of Service driver based forecasting model, integrating inputs from Product and Content teams; ensure consistency with business strategy.
- Work closely with Business primes to support financial deal analysis, achievement of financial targets, and identify business risks & opportunities.
- Develop new and/or enhance existing processes to improve forecast accuracy and performance management.
- Build relationships with Content teams and other departments to ensure appropriate information flow and understanding of overall reporting process.
- Continuously streamline, improve and innovate processes while maintaining documentation.
- Perform business case analysis for cost inputs and financial impacts as relevant.
- Lead special projects / ad-hoc assignments as required. Establish and validate assumptions to assess financial impact and prepare sensitivity analysis.
