We are currently seeking a Finance Manager to join our dynamic team in the hospitality sector. REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; CPA or CMA preferred.
• Minimum of 15 years of experience in finance management, ideally within the hospitality sector.
• Strong knowledge of financial principles, practices, and regulations in the MENA region.
• Proficient with financial software and Microsoft Excel; experience with ERP systems is a plus.
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail for accurate financial reporting.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to manage finance teams effectively.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines while maintaining a high standard of work.

• Oversee financial planning and analysis, ensuring alignment with business strategy.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for internal and external stakeholders.
• Manage budgeting processes, including forecasting and variance analysis.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards in the hospitality industry.
• Coordinate financial audits and support the auditing team with all required documentation.
• Evaluate financial performance by comparing and analyzing actual results with plans and forecasts.
• Develop and maintain financial models to support business decisions and operational efficiency.
