Description:
Requirements:
- Possess at least a Degree in Finance/Accountancy or ACCA
- Minimum 6 years of relevant experience, prior supervisory skills will be advantageous
- Microsoft Dynamics NAV (formerly “Navision”) knowledge will be an added advantage
- Self-motivated, independent and meticulous with an eye for detail
- Confident, proactive and able to multitask and meet tight schedules
- Excellent interpersonal skill
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the day-to-day accounting activities and reports for case management
- Work closely with Case Management team on all accounting aspects
- Coach and review the work done by the Finance Officers and Finance Executives
- Monitor the case status for all cases and maintain records for data analysis purposes
- Ensure billings are done in accordance with case milestones and payments are done within timeline
- Prepare Board and committee meeting slides for case related matters
- Participate in finance and/or case related projects
- Provide guidance to staff on procurement procedures
- Assist in the company’s investment activities
- Assist in annual budget exercise
- Assist in the reviewing of the finance policies and procedures periodically to suggest improvements and optimise efficiency
- Assist in the preparation of monthly and quarterly management accounts including variance analysis and relevant schedules
- Assist in the preparation of statutory financial statements and audit schedules
- Assist in the preparation of corporate tax and GST computations
- Assist in the preparation of quarterly and yearly Government surveys conducted by Department of Statistics Singapore
- Liaise with auditors, tax agents, banks, fund managers, vendors and regulatory bodies
Undertake such other work as may be assigned from time to time
