Job Title: Finance Manager
Location: Ireland (Site-based between Cork and Limerick)
Salary: Up to 60,000 Euros DOE
As a Finance Manager at Sodexo, you will be the main financial support for one of our Global Strategic Accounts in Ireland. Your role will involve collaborating with the Account Manager and Senior Finance Manager in key decision-making processes and ensuring the financial integrity of the Lilly Ireland contract.
In this position, you will build strong relationships with the senior operations team, complete annual budgeting and quarterly forecasts, and drive performance improvements. Your expertise will be essential in delivering accurate financial results and supporting the operational teams to enhance profitability. Responsibilities:
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Act as the finance lead for the Lilly Ireland contract, supporting the Account Manager in financial decision-making.
- Develop relationships with senior operations teams and provide insights into challenges and opportunities.
- Complete the annual budgeting and forecasting process, challenging assumptions where necessary.
- Review and analyse site performance, providing commentary prior to financial results declaration.
- Ensure compliance with Group finance policies and procedures while maintaining a robust financial control environment.
