WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
To be considered for this role you’ll ideally be ACCA, ACA or CIMA accredited and be willing and able to get into the detail at an operational level. You’ll be an accomplished people manager, able to engage, motivate and inspire your teams to deliver on both work and personal development objectives.
Also, we’re looking for the following:
- Knowledge of preparing Billing and Balance sheet reconciliations
- The ability to analyse and provide insight on statistics and data, and the confidence to present information to stakeholders outside of Finance i.e. SLT
- Able to demonstrate a continuous improvement mindset, thinking outside of the box to deliver improvements and efficiencies
- Knowledge of vehicle fleet operations would be desirable
Responsibilities:
WHAT DOES THE ROLE INVOLVE?
As a member of our Finance Department you’ll lead the Finance Billings, Accounts Receivable and Invoicing Teams to effectively deliver on their strategy. This is a high volume, multicurrency, and diverse billing operation, where accuracy and controls are critical for customer experience and governance.
SOME OF YOUR KEY DUTIES WILL INCLUDE:
- Supporting the delivery of a robust and effective controls framework to mitigate risk and financial impact
- Providing assurance to the business that transactions are being billed accurately and in a timely manner
- Supporting the delivery of a continuous improvement culture and the development of our core platform(s) to drive accuracy, automation, efficiency, resilience, and scalability
- Coaching and mentoring team members to drive personal development, create effective engagement, drive performance, and enhance the customer experience
