Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Finance Manager to join our team. The Finance Manager will oversee all financial activities, ensuring accurate financial reporting, forecasting, and budgeting. This role will support the leadership team in decision-making processes, manage financial risks, and contribute to the overall financial strategy of the company.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA or professional certification such as ICAN, CPA, CFA, or ACCA is a plus).
• At least 8 years of experience in finance or accounting, with a proven track record in financial management and analysis.
• Strong knowledge of financial modeling, budgeting, and financial reporting.
• Proficient in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Zohobooks, Xero, or similar) and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to present financial information clearly to non-financial stakeholders.
• Strong leadership abilities and team management experience.
• Knowledge of tax regulations, financial reporting standards, and best practices in financial management.

• Financial Planning & Analysis:
• Develop and manage the company’s annual budgeting and forecasting process.
• Analyze financial performance, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to senior management.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, highlighting key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Financial Reporting & Compliance:
• Ensure accurate and timely reporting of financial results in accordance with accounting principles and company policies.
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations, corporate governance, and other legal requirements.
• Prepare financial statements and support audits by external auditors.
• Cash Flow & Budget Management:
• Monitor company cash flow, manage working capital, and optimize financial resources.
• Review financial plans and budgets, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and strategies.
• Cost Control & Risk Management:
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement cost control measures.
• Analyze financial risks and propose mitigation strategies.
• Maintain internal financial controls to ensure the integrity of financial operations.
• Team Leadership & Collaboration:
• Supervise and mentor the finance team, ensuring effective performance and professional development.
• Collaborate with other departments to support business decision-making with financial insights.
• Strategic Financial Support:
• Provide financial analysis for business decisions, investments, and new opportunities.
• Support long-term financial planning and help to shape the company’s financial strategy.
