Salary: Up to 40,000 Euros
As an Accounts Administrator at Sodexo, you will be a crucial part of our Finance team, assisting in the preparation, production, and reporting of the unit’s month-end accounts. Your role will involve maintaining financial control procedures and managing all aspects of purchasing for the Facilities team, ensuring compliance with company standards and deadlines.
In this position, you will support the GSM and Finance Manager while developing strong relationships with colleagues, suppliers, and clients. Your attention to detail and organisational skills will help us achieve our financial targets and deliver excellent service. Responsibilities:
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Assist in the preparation and reporting of month-end accounts, maintaining compliance with financial control procedures.
- Manage purchasing for the Facilities team, ensuring effective procurement processes.
- Maintain auditable paperwork trails, including invoices, material orders, and timesheets.
- Complete accountancy, payroll, and administration documentation within set timelines.
- Work collaboratively with site teams to promote a “One Team” approach and meet operational requirements.
