JOB SUMMARY

As a Financial Officer, you will play a key role in overseeing our financial operations and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. You will collaborate closely with senior management to provide financial insights, manage budgets, and optimize financial processes to support organizational goals.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; CPA or CFA certification preferred.
• Proven experience as a Financial Officer, Financial Analyst, or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.
• Proficiency in financial management software and MS Office Suite.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage day-to-day financial operations, including accounts payable/receivable, payroll processing, and financial reporting
• Prepare and analyze financial statements, budgets, and forecasts.
• Monitor cash flow, expenses, and financial transactions to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
• Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and controls to mitigate risk and enhance transparency.
• Conduct financial analysis and provide strategic recommendations to senior management.
• Collaborate with auditors, tax advisors, and regulatory authorities to ensure compliance with financial regulations and reporting requirements.
• Support financial planning and decision-making by providing timely and accurate financial information.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in finance and accounting.
