37.5 hours per week. Hybrid working: South Wimbledon (in office) 2 days and working from home 3 days.
This vacancy in our small friendly Finance Team is for a Finance Officer who provides professional and customer focused services to internal and external supplies and customers.
You will accurately and efficiently process Purchase ledger, including processing suppliers’ invoices and assisting with the payment process, monthly reconciliations, scanning and filing of invoices.
You will also be preparing relevant sales ledger and sending out invoices, inputting receipts onto the system, scanning and filing of invoices and receipts.
Additionally, as we are a housing organisation you will work on our Rents Ledger accurately and proficiently processing housing rent transactions onto the system.

Responsibilities:

You need to be educated to at least A level standard with minimum Grade 5/6 in English and Mathematics at GCSE.
You must have bookkeeping skills or experience in a similar role.
You must have at least 12 months working experience in finance/accounting department especially with purchase ledger role.
Possess good working knowledge of finance systems and accounting software.
Possess good working knowledge of general office software, i.e., Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.
