Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage budgets to ensure financial efficiency
- Conduct thorough revenue analysis to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Handle end-of-month and end-of-year financial tasks to ensure accurate record keeping
- Utilize Accounting Software Systems to streamline financial processes
- Utilize ADP - Financial Services to manage financial tasks and transactions
- Effectively use CRM to maintain customer relationships and manage financial transactions
- Perform accounting functions with accuracy, including Accounts Payable (AP) and Annual Budget
- Conduct regular auditing to ensure compliance and accuracy in financial records
- Manage budget processes, including planning, tracking, and reporting
- Collaborate with other team members to achieve overall financial objectives.
- Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems
- Experience with ADP - Financial Services
- Familiarity with CRM systems
- Solid understanding of Accounting Functions
- Experience in managing Accounts Payable (AP)
- Ability to prepare and manage an Annual Budget
- Knowledge of Auditing processes
- Experience with Budget Processes
