Description:

SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Finance Officer or in a similar role.
  • Strong foundational knowledge of finance and accounting principles.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Proficiency in using Excel.
  • Experience with Microsoft D365 is preferred but not essential.
  • Demonstrated ability in business process improvement.

Responsibilities:

ABOUT THE ROLE

The position supports the efficient day-to-day operations and workflow of the Corporate Office’s finance and administration team.
Responsibilities include overseeing banking transaction processing and supporting the Corporate Finance team and other stakeholders regarding banking-related matters, requests, and queries.

KEY DUTIES INCLUDE:

  • Post daily bank entries.
  • Manage bank statement reconciliations.
  • Address bank statement queries.
  • Handle new bank guarantee requests and amendments.
  • Upload monthly Concur (Wilson’s expense management platform) credit card transactions.
  • Process Concur cash reimbursements weekly.
  • Manage Concur requests and queries.
  • Oversee merchant and terminal requests, queries, and merchant fee uploads.
  • Manage the Group’s monthly travel allocation.
  • Prepare audit certificates.
  • Reconcile bank guarantees and bank charges.
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders and key contacts regarding various banking matters.
  • Assist the broader Corporate Finance team with projects.
