Description:
SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Finance Officer or in a similar role.
- Strong foundational knowledge of finance and accounting principles.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficiency in using Excel.
- Experience with Microsoft D365 is preferred but not essential.
- Demonstrated ability in business process improvement.
Responsibilities:
ABOUT THE ROLE
The position supports the efficient day-to-day operations and workflow of the Corporate Office’s finance and administration team.
Responsibilities include overseeing banking transaction processing and supporting the Corporate Finance team and other stakeholders regarding banking-related matters, requests, and queries.
KEY DUTIES INCLUDE:
- Post daily bank entries.
- Manage bank statement reconciliations.
- Address bank statement queries.
- Handle new bank guarantee requests and amendments.
- Upload monthly Concur (Wilson’s expense management platform) credit card transactions.
- Process Concur cash reimbursements weekly.
- Manage Concur requests and queries.
- Oversee merchant and terminal requests, queries, and merchant fee uploads.
- Manage the Group’s monthly travel allocation.
- Prepare audit certificates.
- Reconcile bank guarantees and bank charges.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders and key contacts regarding various banking matters.
- Assist the broader Corporate Finance team with projects.
