Description:
ABOUT THIS POSITION
We are looking for an Accounts Receivable Manager to oversee credit sales operations, manage accounts receivable (AR), and ensure efficient collections. This role requires strong financial acumen, leadership, and collaboration with sales and logistics teams to optimize AR processes and resolve disputes.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor customer accounts, track payments, and update records with sales managers.
- Ensure timely collections and investigate disputes, deductions, and discrepancies.
- Reconcile customer accounts, confirm balances, and process incoming payments.
- Align with logistics and sales to ensure customer acknowledgment of deliveries.
- Support credit check procedures and manage blocked orders due to overdue payments.
- Identify and resolve customer deductions, ensuring accurate AR maintenance.
- Prepare financial reports, track bad debt provisions, and communicate status to stakeholders.
