Finance Ops Analyst

Seeking a detail-oriented Billing Analyst to drive strategic process improvement, resolve discrepancies, and ensure accurate invoice processing.

• Develop and implement billing procedures, automation solutions, and quality control measures.
• Analyze billing metrics to optimize processes and reduce payment delays
• Drive system enhancements and integrate new reporting
• Research account inquiries, such as billing, delivery dates and contract adjustments, utilizing exceptional problem-solving skills.
• Responds to and resolves customer billing questions through research, interdepartmental communications, and analysis.
• Take leadership and ownership of projects and implementing new processes.
• Drive process improvement within the department and working with adjoining business functions.
• Generate regular financial reports and maintain billing documentation
