OVERVIEW
Join Full Fabric as a Finance and Operations Assistant to support our finance and operations teams in maintaining efficient business processes and accurate financial records. This role is essential in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations,The ideal candidate will be comfortable with numbers, have excellent organizational skills, and demonstrate a strong commitment to accuracy and confidentiality.

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Economics, Management or a related field (preferred).
- 1 to 3 years of previous experience in a similar position
- Fluency in English and Portuguese (mandatory)
- Excellent analytical and numerical skills

Responsibilities:
In this role, you will be responsible for the following:

Manage Accounts Payable: Process invoices, verify and reconcile payments to ensure timely and accurate financial transactions.
- Manage Accounts Receivable: Prepare and issue invoices, track payments, and follow up on overdue accounts to maintain positive cash flow.
- Bank Reconciliation: Reconcile company bank statements with internal accounting records to ensure accuracy and resolve any discrepancies.
- Record Financial Transactions: Accurately enter financial data into accounting systems, ensuring all transactions are documented and compliant with company policies.
- Maintain Financial Records: Ensure proper filing and organisation of financial documents for audits and compliance purposes.
- Liaise with External Providers: Collaborate with outsourced suppliers for accounting, tax, and payroll matters to ensure smooth operations.
- Support Month-End and Year-End Processes: Assist in closing monthly accounts, support year-end financial processes, and prepare for audits.
- Assist with day-to-day operations: procurement, coordinating with vendors, handling shipments, managing office supplies, and ensuring smooth operational workflows.
