OVERVIEW

Join Full Fabric as a Finance and Operations Assistant to support our finance and operations teams in maintaining efficient business processes and accurate financial records. This role is essential in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations,The ideal candidate will be comfortable with numbers, have excellent organizational skills, and demonstrate a strong commitment to accuracy and confidentiality.

REQUIREMENTS

We’re looking for someone with the skills and experience to excel in a fast-paced, dynamic environment:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Economics, Management or a related field (preferred).

  • 1 to 3 years of previous experience in a similar position
  • Fluency in English and Portuguese (mandatory)

Responsibilities:

In this role, you will be responsible for the following:

Manage Accounts Payable: Process invoices, verify and reconcile payments to ensure timely and accurate financial transactions.

  • Manage Accounts Receivable: Prepare and issue invoices, track payments, and follow up on overdue accounts to maintain positive cash flow.
  • Bank Reconciliation: Reconcile company bank statements with internal accounting records to ensure accuracy and resolve any discrepancies.
  • Record Financial Transactions: Accurately enter financial data into accounting systems, ensuring all transactions are documented and compliant with company policies.
  • Maintain Financial Records: Ensure proper filing and organisation of financial documents for audits and compliance purposes.
  • Liaise with External Providers: Collaborate with outsourced suppliers for accounting, tax, and payroll matters to ensure smooth operations.
  • Support Month-End and Year-End Processes: Assist in closing monthly accounts, support year-end financial processes, and prepare for audits.
  • Assist with day-to-day operations: procurement, coordinating with vendors, handling shipments, managing office supplies, and ensuring smooth operational workflows.
