The successful candidate will be responsible for managing daily financial operations such as bank reconciliations, invoicing, and bookkeeping, as well as handling payroll processes, ensuring compliance with employment regulations, and administering employee contracts.
The position requires strong administrative skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

WHO WE ARE

Airmee is a rapidly growing logistics platform backed by Bonnier Capital and other investors. We’re working hard to create the best delivery experience in the world by optimizing logistics to make it more efficient and as environmentally sustainable as possible. Responsibilities:

  • Administer payroll processes and employment contracts
  • Maintain a positive office environment by managing supplies and coordinating events.
  • Other administrative tasks and document management.
  • In this role, you will report to the Finance Manager and the HR department.
