FINANCE & PROCUREMENT ANALYST (PT)

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

• Bachelor’s degree in finance or a related field from a reputable university with a strong academic record.
• Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience in finance/procurement.
• Full working proficiency in English; Portuguese language skills are a plus.
• At least one strong professional reference.
• Experience with Odoo (ERP) is highly desirable.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Quote transport and service providers.
• Track and process logistics and samples.
• Generate and analyze logistic reports.
• Book purchase orders (POs) and bills.
• Handle miscellaneous financial tasks.
• Maintain and manage relationships with suppliers.Work with ERP system to manage financial and procurement data.
