Description:
Newrest Group is looking for our future Finance Project Manager to support the transition and integration of our new subsidiaries acquired from a group in Chile. Reporting to the COO of the area and in matrix link with the Group CFO.
You will be responsible for the transition and the integration of the accounting and financial aspects, and for implementing the strategic axes defined by the Group Executive Committee.
The Newrest Group will provide you support you need to make this accounting and financial transition as smooth as possible, including the following matrix (HQ) services: internal audit, finance, legal, IT, etc.
- As Finance Project Manager, your main task will be to lead the accounting and finance teams of newly acquired companies in implementing the Group’s accounting and financial processes.
- In addition, your mission will focus on 3 main areas: auditing subsidiaries / supporting and managing change / transition and integration of IT systems.

These objectives must be achieved in compliance with Group standards and directives, which are founded on: investment, a sense of responsibility, ethics, transparency and honesty!
- With a background in Finance, Accounting and Audit, you have 3 years’ experience in Internal Audit (ideally within a Big 4) and a first experience in digital transformation and/or supporting the financial transition of an acquisition.
- A level of fluent English is essential for this position and fluency in another language (ideally Spanish) is highly appreciated.
- Ability to lead meetings & Manage teams
- Strong personality and ability to make business proposals
