Your tasks
Through this role we want to contribute to the quality and automation of our processes. We would like to have the development of the Quality mindset of employees through quality checks performance, by ensuring monitoring and continuous updates based on risk assessments. The Quality Assurance Specialist will be involved in the harmonization and updates of the documentation for all the processes, the facilitation of sharing-receiving of best practices and their implementation and in identifying and developing automation processes for better quality and performance.
To help our colleagues deliver better results to our customers, the Quality Project Specialist is called to ensure systematic improvements and innovation by constantly improving internal processes and nourishing the innovation culture.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the standardizing of the processes between entities by implementing a quality system for all areas;
  • Develop a quality mindset of GBS employees by creating and implementing in all areas an integrated concept of quality checks, documented with related risks of each type of error;
  • Raise the quality awareness through regular trainings, data monitoring and analyses, coaching and open communication with the staff;
  • Perform, monitor through established KPIs and support the team and the stakeholders with continuous update of the quality concept content and results based on risk assessments;
  • Review and update the documentation and harmonizes it for all entities and all areas (i.e. Compliance Quest implementation);
  • Conduct internal operational audits and controls based on the documentation and internal procedures, prepare the reports with the recurrent issues and the identified risks;
  • Identify and select the automation opportunities together with the operational management team and the Process Excellence Consultant;
  • Design and support the automated robotic process for the selected processes; document it and implement it together with the operational team;
  • Maintain the Gemba visual board;
  • Respect the confidentiality of information he/she has access to inside the company.

Your profile

Important qualifications:

  • University degree in Finance/Economics, IT or related science;
  • Minimum 7 years of work experience as an accountant, financial analyst, process analyst, consultant, internal auditor, project manager or comparable;
  • High affinity to process engineering and IT solutions;
  • Good Microsoft Office knowledge;
  • Advanced English skills, German would be a plus;
  • Good written and oral communication skills (including presentations, workshop moderation);
  • Independent, self-reliable working and result-orientated;
  • Willingness to work in an international environment;
  • Strong teamwork spirit.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Good SAP knowledge;
  • Quality standards knowledge and understanding;
  • Robotic Processes Automation knowledge (training / certificates UiPath, Blue Prism or related);
  • Project Management.
