We are seeking an analytical and diligent Finance Reconciliations Administrator to join our growing financial operations team.
Insurance or Financial services experience is desirable, but not essential as full training will be given.

Ideally you’ll have experience of reconciliations or sales ledger along with credit control knowledge or cash collection/chasing payments as in this role, you will:

  • Generate invoices, credit notes and reconciliations
  • Perform credit control duties
  • Provide support on premium and claims queries
  • Complete ad-hoc projects and audits
  • Accurately review and process high volumes of declarations
  • Resolve queries related to fluctuating declarations

To excel in this role, you must have:

  • Excellent communication and analytical abilities
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Good MS Excel skills and high attention to detail
  • Confidence working independently
