Responsibilities:

JOIN OUR GROUP FINANCE TEAM AS A FINANCE & REPORTING SPECIALIST AND LEAD THE CONSOLIDATION AND REPORTING OF FINANCIAL DATA ON A GROUP LEVEL. AT FAERCH A/S, WE ARE AT THE FOREFRONT OF OUR INDUSTRY, LEVERAGING INNOVATION AND STRATEGIC PLANNING TO STAY AHEAD. WE ARE CURRENTLY SEEKING AN AMBITIOUS FINANCE & REPORTING SPECIALIST TO JOIN OUR GROUP FINANCE TEAM. YOU WILL BE REPORTING DIRECTLY TO THE SENIOR DIRECTOR, GROUP FINANCE & TREASURY; YOU WILL PLAY A CRUCIAL ROLE IN LEADING THE TEAM TOWARD TIMELY AND ACCURATE REPORTING OF FINANCIAL DATA.

YOUR ROLE

As a Finance & Reporting Specialist, your main task will be to report timely and trustworthy financial reports to our stakeholders. In this task, it is just as important that our reports are easily digestible and are communicated effectively to our business units and on a group level. You will play a pivotal role in collaborating with different departments, teams, and external stakeholders to develop and maintain strong professional relationships that contribute to our overall success. We imagine that you possess strong analytical skills, have great attention to detail, and have an inherent ability to deduce and draw conclusions.

YOUR PRIMARY TASKS WILL BE:

  • Taking the lead on the full year-end reporting package
  • Develop and maintain the group consolidation system, Cognos, and be a super-user in Cognos.
  • Hands-on consolidation of monthly, quarterly, and yearly financials
  • Maintain and enforce the usage of group accounting policy, i.e., making sure processes and framework are followed.
  • Financial controlling of subsidiaries (some travel can be expected)
