FINANCE SERVICE BUSINESS PARTNER

As a finance service business partner, you will oversee CSO (Finops, IO and CIS) services to ensure that business needs are being met. You are responsible for the overall accountability of Group Finance business requirements. Being a service business partner, you play an essential role by providing oversight on Corporate IT, IO services and non-R2R process performance delivered by CSO.
Responsibilities:
- Define, implement and run the framework for the effective oversight CSO performance through Finops process health measures
- Determine the targets of KPIs to ensure strategic delivery is being under taken within Lean HQ, and that it is supported by the correct performance measures and reporting systems. Lead and accountable for the target setting process to drive operational performance.
- Understand external leading practice for Finance processes and craft performance measures to bring in line with best practice.
- IO and CIS service management through defined KPI and governance in line with agreed operating model
- Acting as a point of escalation for complex issues, demonstrating good problem-solving skills and resolving conflicts in a professional and effective manner.
- Will need to be aware and work with customer facing organisations to ensure delivery of transformation initiatives are additive to the customer journey
- While fostering a customer-centric culture within the organization, emphasising empathy, professionalism and effective problem-solving.
- Collaborate with other departments to develop and implement strategies to achieve business objectives.
- Report status, risks and issues to senior management on service performance, key metrics and improvement initiatives.
- Develop and deliver the Lean HQ process health framework and associated governance model.
- Agreeing appropriately designed measures of baseline health for all processes
- Drive & develop on the process health targets to ensure accounting compliance and quality input to R2R.
- Design and performance of investigations into breakdowns in process and drive assessment/design of appropriate remediations.
- Delivery of appropriate measures together with relevant automations for data collection
